What we collect

We collect only the information you choose to send when you email us. That normally means your name, email address, company details and whatever you include in the message or later correspondence.

There are currently no enquiry forms, analytics tools or advertising trackers on this website. We do not set cookies.

Why we use it

We use your information to reply, understand whether Cumhacht may fit your business, arrange a conversation and take any steps you ask us to take before entering a contract. If we work together, separate customer terms will cover the information needed to provide the service.

Our legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract and, where appropriate, our legitimate interest in managing genuine business correspondence.

Where it is kept and for how long

Correspondence is held in Cumhacht’s Google Workspace email account. Google acts as our service provider. We normally keep general enquiries for up to 24 months after the last contact, then delete them unless we need the record for a contract, a legal obligation or a dispute.

We do not sell your information or use it to build marketing lists.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you may ask for access to your personal data, have inaccurate data corrected, ask for erasure or restriction, object to certain uses, or ask for portable data where that right applies. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the basis used.

Email eoin@cumhacht.ie to exercise a right or raise a concern. We may need to confirm your identity before acting. You also have the right to complain to Ireland’s Data Protection Commission.

If this changes

If we add forms, analytics or cookies later, this notice will be updated before they go live.
