A working Irish trades yard at the beginning of the day

About Cumhacht

Built inside
the work.

Not designed in a software office and then sold into the trades. Cumhacht grew out of the operational pressure of a working Irish installation business.

The reason it exists

The business could win more work.
The office couldn’t carry more weight.

Eoin was running operations inside an Irish installation company. The constraint was not demand or the quality of the work. It was everything that accumulated around each extra job.

Cumhacht began as the operating system that business needed: a way to create capacity without solving every growth problem with another desk and another salary.

What we believe

Commercially grounded.
Deliberately practical.

Capacity

Capacity beats complexity.

If it does not remove work or improve a decision, it has not earned its place.

Fit

The fit matters.

The operation comes first. Cumhacht is configured around the business.

Context

Results need context.

Establish the baseline, report what changed and stay accountable.

Cumhacht

Power, in Irish.
Capacity, in practice.

Built and run from Cashel for the owners of Irish trades businesses.
